Hopefully the BBC, Sony, or some TV/Movie group can turn it into a TV/Movie/Animation studio (if the times don't require a recording studio),....so it doesn't have to be razed for condos. There were major renovations done there over the years but it's still an old structure and that is a very high rent district.

It would be a shame for it to go; isn't there a UK equivalent to this?

He can certainly afford it. It'd be really great if that happened, I think.

We walked to his house from the studio last year so now I know he did not have far to walk whenever he went there.
