Is anyone aware of recordings of Toots Thielmans in which he plays a Rickenbacker? If, so, what model(s)?

Thanks, Kenny. Amazon only has this one on vinyl. We sold our last turntable more than a decade ago!

Can someone give me a rundown of who Toots Thielemans is, what genre of music he plays, what instruments he plays and what Rics he was famous for? I know he was the man who inspired John Lennon to play a Ric and we owe it to old Toots.

Jean-Baptiste Frédéric Isidor, Baron Thielemans (born Brussels, April 29, 1922), known as Toots Thielemans, is a Belgian jazz artist well known for his guitar, harmonica playing, and also for his highly accomplished professional whistling. He is often credited by jazz aficionados and jazz critics as being among the greatest jazz harmonica players of the century.
He at least owned a Combo 400 and a '58 330 F, and likely many other brands and Ricks as well.

He's Belgian's best known harmonica player! Didn't know he liked Ric's so much and that he was so popular... cool to know!

My husband picked this album up on eBay a couple of years ago for cheap. Unfortunately I haven't heard it yet, because our turntable is broken, and we haven't gotten it fixed.... LOL.

Didn't he do a great version of "Alfie"?
