I enjoyed both of their songs on Saturday Night Live, although that's not my usual kind of music. Actually, I also thought the host was one of the funniest I've seen in a long time too, so it was a really good SNL episode.collin wrote:LOVE Vampire Weekend.

When I was a pre-adolescent and then adolescent growing up in the mid-90s I used to love SNL for its live music--I picked up on a lot of my favorites there, because I didn't have MTV and really didn't listen to lots of radio. (Tori Amos and Bjork are probably the most vividly memorable for me, to this day.) But I totally quit SNL a few years ago when I decided they had not only stopped booking good music, but had also totally forgotten what "funny" is. But they seem to have come back in the last couple of years, and the music is at least hit-or-miss nowadays.
