i'm new to the rick guitars but have been playing for a long time. believe it or not i bought a vintage rick 360 at a yard sale locally, i live in a small town in northern AZ. i'm not sure if its all orignal or a parts guitar. the truss rod cover has 2 sets of holes and a smaller faded color truss rod cover imprint under the one thats on it. it has klusen tuners but 2 sets of holes as if they had been changed. also there is a double truss rod. the neck does not look to have been changed. the numbers on the jack plate are nf 30 which says its a june '74 guitar. the guy i bought from swears its a 67 (it does have double binding). i will post some pics when the wife gets home(i'm computer challanged). here are some other #s from the guitar, writing under the electrics 365osi, jill 365osi, jim 346. the pots have 1377414 and 31056 on them. any help with deciding if its a 67 or a 74 or parts from both would help. thanks

Welcome Marvin. The pots date to 1974. Other features of a 1974 would include:
1. No checkered binding on the back
2. Thin neck strip
3. Larger head stock
4. Originally had flat back (patent pending) Grover tuners.
5. Original TRC would have "made in america" parallel to the nut
6. High Gain, rather than toasters
Post some pics

Welcome Marvin!
From the info you provided, it appears to me that you have a 1974 360 OS or double-bound. NF is the date code for June 1974 and the pots date to 1974. I don't think you have the full serial number, however, as there should be 4 digits on the bottom of the jackplate not just two -- you said "30" is what's there, if I understood you correctly.
Other aspects of the guitar could be more accurately determined from photos, such as pickups, truss rod cover, etc. The double truss rods were standard on Rick guitars from the '60s on.
