Great choice too released in Aug 62 made number 12 in UK this Jet's second solo hit and last actually though he did team up with Tony meehan, again an ex Shadow and had a number 1 with Diamonds and a couple of other big hits.
Here's an alternative for you Jet's first hit in his own right made 22 in 62.

An interesting tone with a style that is reminiscent, at least in part, of Duane Eddy. Diamonds is one of my favourites.

Roy: Thanks for this posting. A real treat. I enjoyed every moment of these performances. Jet still has it. There is something about the lower notes on a guitar that captivates. Sometimes I feel as if I am watching a Western.
