Maybe a stupid question, but can this still be called MapleGlo?

Ha ha! Good point, Bert.

I think we should call it Mapleglo in front, and Walnutglo in back!

This is weird: I have been thinking about bidding on this bass for the last week. It had stalled around $2800, and this morning, I thought I would go for it. I'll bid $3300. No, a little more just in case. I'll bid $3333.33. So I went to the listing and . . . the bidding is now at $3383.33. That means that somebody just bid $3333.33 (just as I planned to do) but was automatically outbid by $50 (the standard increment) by a proxy bid whose maximum is higher than that. Spooky. Somebody out there is thinking the same thoughts at the same time I think them. Well, I'm out then. Good luck to you with the Vulcan mind meld. Or maybe you've given up, too? 8)
