What size wrench do I use to adjust the truss rod on a Hamer B12-A 12-string bass? Thanks.

Maybe Steve Cooper would know. I think he has or had a Hamer 12 string bass. I think it was a different model, but might be the same adjustment.

Kenny,
The generic Hamer truss-rod nut is 5/16" according to the manual. That jibes with what's on my B8S - I just checked under the cover. A word of caution - the accessibility on the double truss-rod models is "challenging" to say the least....

I do not know for sure, since I never had to adjust mine. Did love it though....and have an 8-string coming my way right now.
Kenny, where did you get a B12A? That is my dream 12 string....you lucky dog!

On loan for a Cheap Trick trib show I'm doing next month.
The bass plays
OK, but I'd love to get that neck just a leeeetle more straight.
This is the short-scale version, if that matters.

kenny...i used petersson's "busted" graphic 12 string hamer on our "method to the madness" album in '92, similar in construction to the one you posted. very interesting to play and had a few more pickup sets on it.
