The first one is an original from a low budget EP project the band is working on. The Ricky is in the left channel. It's a 620 through a Marshall 18 watt clone with a little reverb.

The second one is a cover of The Gang of Four, "Essence". Same guitar and amp with a little dirt. I'm the second guitar to come in, and do the 'no wave' lead near the end.

I like the raw delivery - great deliberate energy. Nice job on the GO4 cover. Sounds like you guys rocked the house!

Thanx a ton!! You can download the six song EP at theprettyvoices.bandcamp.com. It's by donation and you can enter $0.00.
More live stuff can be found at theprettyvoices.com, or on facebook if you search theprettyvoices. You can also surf around the original popular mechanics directory I posted and find a bunch of live shows and practices.
