I uploaded some clips from the old beat up 68. The camera couldn't deal with the lows, but at least it's a representation of what these old beasts sound like.

Sounds killer, Scott! Even at your gig a few weekends ago, the combination of that Rick and your Yorkville combo amp sounded amazing.

Show off!  :)

You're also tempting me to give those Hartke strings a try.

Which model is you amp?

CLANK! :D

Sounds great Scott. Nice medley of tunes. I love that bass - especially the simpler control layout. 8)

It's the Bassmaster 200. I don't think they make them anymore.

The simpler configuration works for me. The extra knobs confuse me. :D

It is discontinued. Too bad the Traynor/Yorkville amps are not as readily available as many other amps are.

Good idea to not have the tone controls sucking tone from the pickups. Have you ever tried it with the bridge pickup capped? I recently put the cap back in my V63 that also now has a magnetic HS pickup in it; sounds great!

Might not be a bad idea. Maybe I could try to figure a way to have the tone cap run thru the toggle.
