The "Kings of Comic Rock"-"The Coasters"!
In our area, there were several groups touring as "The Coasters", "The Amazing Coasters", "The Original Coasters", etc. Each claimed a dubious connection to the REAL Coasters. We provided backing for several at different venues.
The REAL Coasters were the REAL DEAL! Armed with great tunes by Leiber & Stoller which featured killer sax solos and riffs by the legendary "King" Curtis (Ousley) the boys could keep you laughin' and dancin'!
