Byrds @Roy Orbison Tribute Concert?

I love that 1990 video of The Byrds singing with Dylan at the Roy Orbison tribute concert, but it's been taken down by Sony off YouTube. Is that video commercially available and from whom?

Did you manage to find this?
I've been hunting high and low for either a video or an audio copy. They are around, I found one about a year ago on a bootleg site but it got dropped for some reason.
Any info much appreciated.

I was having a chat with my best friend not long ago, and to my surprise, he has the entire concert on videotape. Now, I have to get him to dupe it for me.
