i have a '64 harmony H303a. I've had it a couple years now and it's a great little amp, but recently it started humming and the guitar volume seems lower or at least the guitar is never as loud as the hum. it was a very quiet amp before. any ideas? thanks

I'm going to guess that you have a capacitor going or dead. It may need a full cap job.

If it is a '64 and never had the caps changed, I concur.
