On the second video listen to the intro (repeated).. name the famous Psych tune and band it was lifted from and achieve immediate fame!

I'll take a shot... The fuzzed-up tremolo at the beginning and several times throughout the second song reminds me of: The Electric Prunes - I Had Too Much To Dream.
