A couple of the intonation screws on my 1965 360 do not turn, probably due to corrosion at the nut side (pictured here:

Any suggestions on how to manage this? Thanks!

Liquid Wrench penetration oil. Just take the proper precautions so you don't get it on the finish.

I would pull the bridge (just loosen the strings) and soak the whole thing for a couple of days in a mix of 50% WD40 and 50% mineral spirits.
Pull it out and let it drip mostly dry on a cloth, then work all the screws a bit. You can use a toothbrush to de-grunge it, too.

And if that doesn't work, try soaking it in "Kroil" by Kano Labs:

It's the best stuff I've found for loosening nasty, rusted, totally stuck bolts on tractors and such... And it works great on little teeny stuff too!
