Forum clock - is it in a half-hour time zone?

Just wondering, because I notice that the time stamp of my posts appear to be about 30 minutes off from the hour of my post. Example: here is a screen shot of the NIST time of this post (well, about 4 minutes ago):

Look at this time vs. the time stamp on my post.

Edit: it's actually about 26 minutes off.  :?:

Thanks Gary. It's that doggone TARDIS again. Perhaps Gil will give us a report once he has had a chance to look into it.

Thanks.
Indeed, the doctor was fiddling with my server and the clock was drifting like mad.

It is fixed now, sorry for that.

It appears not to have noticed that daylight saving time ended for me - is there somewhere in my user profile I need to set my time zone?

No, it doesn't "notice" that it's changed, you have to do that manually.

Click "User Control Panel" at the top, then "Board Preferences", then the appropriate button for whather DST is in effect...
