the shoes could use some black too.
Is this why they needed a blacksmith?

That bass almost made me... well, ya know.

Gorgeous, well thought out, and beautifully executed. An experiment gone VERY right! I like the chrome ferrules with black tuners. I can see how the standard knobs carry the silver and black theme, but I'd still go with a vintage set. Other than that - just outstanding. I hope someone here gets it!

BTW, have I mentioned yet how much I absolutely LOVE this finish?

I think its OUTSTANDING!

I think it would make a nice COY, and actually...even better...I think it would make a nice permanent addition to RIC's color choice list.

YES! As much as I love those matte finished Autumnglos, and never felt MB was a worthy successor, I think this finish NAILS the tobacco look.

The black hardware doesn't move me; looks too modern on a vintage-reissue bass. But the finish and the bass shape itself move me.

Never liked the black hardware, or gold for that matter. Plain chrome is the best...still this is a very nice bass.

Uh, that's weird. This morning it was at $4000, now it's $2550, reserve not met... :?:
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Two bids were retracted for "entering the wrong amount".
