Someone's missing something here, maybe it's just me.

Given the apparent complete contradiction within the news story, I'm not inclined to believe much of it until further clarification from someone who can actually present facts in a cogent manner comes forward.

Some stories have said that it was Dale's brother in law that was shot.

Regardless of who it was, I hope they will be ok. As of this morning they were in critical condition.
