Thanks! I alway liked this guitar because Wayne Kramer had one.
Was that Maestro Vibrola used on any other guitar? I saw one on an Epiphone Coronet but it looked a little different.

I like it! Are those like mini-humbuckers?

Thanks! Yes it has mini-humbuckers. Gibson made some cool Epiphone solid body guitars in the 60s.
I like the Batwing headstocks

I like the Melody Maker-styled one with the Maestro whammy (an option not available on the Gibson). The Coronet is cool, too. Somehow the deluxe models don't really do anything for me.

Same here. I definitely like the gritty prospects of the non-deluxe models much more than the deluxe. They just look right too...the deluxe ones look too polished.

I found an Epiphone "E' a desk draw. I bought it about 5 years ago and sold the the guitar I bought it for before I used it.

I used to have the little Melody Maker version in this photo. It was in a custom bright orange color called "California Coral". It was a cool little guitar but the neck was like playing the thick end of a Louisville Slugger and the pick up squealed whenever it was overdriven. I parted with it to help finance my 330/12. If I can find a photo of it I'll post it.
