How well do they work for, say, blues & jazz?

I thought I was the only dad whose children yell "Can you turn that noise down?!!"

I tried them for a while on my old 1997SPC...they were okay, I prefer TI flats because they have lower tension and a wound "G".

I just bought 5 packs, and they are my favourite string...however,Pyramid flats certainly feel the best,by far.

Yup analyzing, yes they do take a certain time to bed in but once there ive enjoyed a tighter feel and more pronounced top end.Im normally a 9/10 gauge on my Fenders and was looking for a more heavyweight feel to the 360 that i have.I changed the the `R` tail piece to the trapeze and found that acoustically the tone took on a more shaper accent than the `R`,now what i did at the same time was slap on some Toasters so i dont know if that affected the acoustics of the guitar at the same time or not but to me i felt that it did.
Regardless im all for experimenting and enjoying the different ways i can explore the tones from the 360 but i will say i gave the Accent V another try on the 360 and simply it doesn't work for me. I'm not saying that it doesn't work in the right situation but for me in my 330s and 360s its not working.
I suppose i like to change and explore and like in life sometimes what we think is best change in opinion in time.Maybe ask me again in a year and i will tell you that they didn't work out.
Nothing ventured nothing gained.

I prefer the 21 wound G string set over the 18 plain G set, as for me it makes intonation and accurate chording much easier.
