To post a youtube link you just grab the video ID and paste it into the message. The id is the string of characters and numbers after the "v=" when you click the share button on YouTube. For the video you were trying to link, the id was:
h49W34mBeoo
Then select that string in the message editor and press the youtube button and you get this:

Yeah I'm familiar with some of their stuff. They used to be pretty popular around here a few years back.
