I e-mailed him to three different addresses I had on file. No kick-backs, but no reply. Ain't heard a toot! Hope he's OK.

Yes, Graham. That was one of the three I e-mailed. The other two were a g-mail and a yahoo. None bounced back as being inactive or full.
