George Harrison's "If I Needed Someone" has always been among my handful of favorite Beatles songs. Does anyone know how it was recorded? Was it direct into the board, through a miked amp, compressed, dry, double-tracked, etc.?

Here, There and Everywhere
My Life Recording the Music of The Beatles

A much better read than George Martin's All You Need Is Ears
