I have finally been pulled out of the practice studio and into the club circuit for a couple of Rickenbacker performances. Great fun for me and comic relief for family and friends.

Hey Peter, what's your rig like? I spy a Duo Jet and a very nice Rick 12.

What great fun. That sounds great. I wish I could find the time to devote to playing in a small blues based trio but it is such a huge commitment. I know how busy you are also, so my hat is off to you. :D

Have a great time at the gig! And yes, pictures will be required or we will subject you to endless ridicule (as if we don't already  )...

Congratulations Peter, I presume that's your Traynor YCV40WR pictured.

Thanks everyone, your comments are appreciated.

Richard, that is not my YCV 40 Traynor in the photo but it is my Fender Twin Reverb.
A beast to carry but terrific tone for the 1993 SPC or 360/12V64 (f-hole) if you prefer.

John: I use my 12 string frequently but my main lead instrument for bar gigs is my Fender Stratocaster (ebony fretobard). Built like a tank I do not have to worry its safety like I typically would when using the 12 string or my 350 Liverpool. I also use my Fender Super Reverb.
