Amazing husband/wife duo. Rickenbacker bass goodness (who needs guitars  ). They're very nice people too.

I have no affiliation to them except for loving their music. They are selling a bunch of their stuff for a total of $10 to fund a new cd. I hope people here will check the band out, if you already haven't.

I hope this doesn't conflict with forum rules

Amy is a RRF forum member. It's been too long since she has checked in, though. Do a forum search and you will find lots about them here. :)

I really like this band, and find her inspirational. 8)

Hey, thanks for posting that link!! I can't believe how well the sale is going, I am humbled and inspired by everyone's generosity and enthusiasm. I've said it a million times before, but bass players are the most amazing people, bar none.

We've been struggling to get the new CD underway, writing bits here and there when we get the chance; it seems our recent years have been filled with caregiving duties, first for my Grandma who died in August, then Dad with Parkinson's, now Mom had a stroke just after Christmas. We just get started back and some fresh crisis arises, it seems. After an intense past 6 weeks I am looking forward to things settling down around here so we can really crank on the new tunes! They are much more technically demanding than the last 2 albums, and the Ric is sounding fantastic, as always. So, I'm excited for you guys to hear the result, once I can actually learn to play the crazy ideas in my head! ;)

Hope to see you guys out on the road once we get back to touring again!!!

Oh, thanks so much, you guys! I can't tell you how wonderful it is to read your posts. Just got back from going to a sleep study last night with Dad, so I am plum tuckered and was feeling a little disheartened, but your messages have given me such a lift. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it! It gives me the motivation to get back out to the studio and play. Although I have to admit, a nap is also sounding pretty good right about now…

Thanks again!!
