Looking for a certain guitar...

For sentimental reasons...

Has anyone seen a late '60s, early '70s 625 (?) that matches this description

Mapleglow
Gibson stamped PAF with black surround installed as bridge pickup (or was it the neck?)
Toaster neck pickup (or was it the bridge?)
full width crushed pearl inlays
black plastic bodied sealed schaller tuners
Possibly Gibson style TOM bridge and maybe gibson stop tailpiece retrofitted.
Doweled neck repair around 10th fret
sticker residue in middle of back of body
checker binding
lots of wear and tear.

This guitar belonged to a friend in high school - he got it in the condition described above. The last I saw it was for sale on the Capsule Music website 3 to 6 years ago...

Just wondering if it made it to a good home.
