Does the Neck width & String width vary from year to year or model to model on 360 12 Strings?

There are "eras," yes.

Sixties are awesome if they haven't broken; they're nice and small. Actually, they're pretty much like that all the way up to the mid and late 80's. The 90's saw some chunkness, and in the last few years they've gotten better. YMMV.
