I am just coming across this. Why, in the Sam Hill, would someone relic? Note in the video that he only relic'd the front and not the back because he didn't want to mess with things that people wouldn't see? Kind of ironic. The whole relic idea is that you are too bothered being an angry artist that you don't care about the looks of your instrument, just the sound... Or, you've been on the road so long it is no longer about the stage presence from a visual concept, but the sound... Right?

I dunno. If you want a relic, buy a decent, solid built guitar and play the **** out of it and then don't worry too much about aesthetics. (Ask Paul what my JetGlo 360s look like).
