I also have a Ampeg B100R. What settings do you use? Do you engage all the buttons? Do you use rounds or flats on your basses>

I use flats. On my B100R, I tend to turn the ultra buttons off, and use mainly bass and treble with no or almost no mids. About 50% bass, 25% treble.

Your band sounds great.

Let's see, flats? Yes.
I use the SansAmp VT Bass for my basic tone, our soundman LOVES it, he says its compression is perfect. The pedal goes into the amp, I have all tone knobs at 12 oclock, I have the MID switch on always, except for "Something", switching off the mid cut really helps the bass part on that song stand out but not in an obtrusive way. The HI switch is always on, The LOW switch is always off except for "Come Together", Paperback Writer", and "Rain". Line Out to a passive DI box.
