some buddies of mine did this song in their show, and when it came to the part where "a band of demons joined in and it sounded something like this", they would go into the riff from MJ's "Billie Jean"

There's a story about B. B. King being involved in a similar "cutting session" with a local hotshot. B. B. hit ONE note, and the local smashed his guitar and stormed out the door.
