I am looking to get a replacement truss rod cover, but am unsure which covers fit which guitars?
Is it the case 330's and 360's will use the same cover, whereas they wouldnt fit say, a 325 or 660?
Im sure its simple, but i dont know the formula.

Replacement TRC's can be purchased from RIC so long as you have your original to exchange. Contact their customer service department for details.

I have one, but its getting sprayed gold, so I would like to get a spare White one, hence my original question.
Cheers

It's not complicated.
330, 360 and 620 models have the same size raised-letter molded truss rod covers.
The 660 has a vintage reissue gold TRC, flat plexi. The 325 reissues have either gold (C58, V59) or white (V63, C64) TRCs, also flat plexi.
660 and 325 RI TRCs would not be correct for your 330, 360 or 620.

Its not the period-correctness i am looking for, its mainly the screw hole fixings? what lines up with what?

IIRC, all of the six string, white with raised black letter guitar TRCs are the same. The vintage/plexi/backpainted 6 string guitar TRCs are longer, so the screw hole for the pointed end of the TRC is not in the same place as on the raised letter TRC, which means that the screw hole is not in the same place on a vintage series, six string guitar headstock as it is on a standard/deluxe series guitar headstock.
