420 Schematic

I'm considering getting a badly abused 420 off of Craig's List. It needs TLC...a lot...but that's okay because everybody needs a project guitar.

I have a question about the schematics on the Rickenbacker site. On the dedicated circuit somewhat separate (but not really) from the volume/tone circuit it has a .047 cap connected to a resistor then connected to another .047 cap. What's the value of the resistor between the caps?

Thanks for any help.

According to the schematic, it appears to be 2200 Ohms (2.2 kΩ). I'll see if I have a picture of the circuit (from my Ryder 1000, same circuit) ... hmmm, I don't have that picture, sorry.

Thanks. I see that now. Still learning to read electronic schematics. I was an electrician in the Air Force...but I was a civil engineering electrician...specifically I was a construction worker so we read blue prints not circuit schematics.

Does that portion of the circuit (cap+resistor+cap) go from the switch to the cap/res/cap then straight to ground?

Thanks. If you do get a picture I'd love to see it. Easier for me to see it once then to simply read about it.

I think I'll get the old and abused guitar and play around with it. It looks almost completely dis-assembled. Interested in hearing what this sounds like.
