Where Are John & JD????????

The Desert Rose Band-one of my favorites-without John Jorgenson and J. D. Manness. Blasphemy you say! Au contrere mon frere! Ably filling John's shoes on guitar is the great Jeff Ross. Jeff plays locally with Billy Watson. They are often the evening band after we play our regular Sunday afternoon gigs at The Coyote in Carlsbad. He also played with John on the first Hellecasters album. Pedal Steeler J. D. Manness is replaced by the late Tom Brumley, best known for his stint with little-known country wannabe Buck Owens.
