Oops, I broke my RI Horseshoe, HELP :)

Today I was trying to put the shoes back on. Just to find out the pickup is too close to the shoes.
So I removed the shoes again, but clearly I did something wrong. This doesn't look too good, does it?
The HS gives just a very, very little output.
My best bet is probably to send this to Sergio. Maybe he could fix it..
