Correct Screws for 4001 Pick Guard & Tail Piece

I went to the Rickenbacker Boutique to order new screws for my new pickguard made by pickguardian for my 1979 4001 (SD2098 here on the register).

With all the screws available, and little description, I am somewhat confused as to which ones to order.

Will someone please list the parts numbers for the following screws:

The 8 Pick Guard Screws
The 2 Pick Up Screws
The 5 Tailpiece Screws

The numbers have a "Sku:" label followed by a 5 digit number
