You can't get an original one.... I did fall across one once on ebay and snapped it up but have since swapped to another forumite.
Some folks have custom made them here and may be along to help you soon...

Shown here on the Ric website. I would contact RIC to check availability I have purchased items in the past that are
not in the boutique, but were available. It is wouth contacting them just to be certain. Bridge part # 00842, tail piece and damper # 01181, & tailpiece # 01183. Link:

I called RIC on those numbers years ago and they were long discontued
