Both Sloan & Sam Roberts have new albums out (released on the same day). Not sure how much Ricks are used on either of these, but Sloan "The Double Cross" is definitely worth a listen. Not sure how I feel about Sam's new record "Collider" though.

You can still hear the Beatles' influence in Sloan's work but to a lesser extent these days.

The "I Feel You" video on the Sam Roberts Band website has a Ric bass. The finish is more customized than it used to be.
