I don't believe any McCartney bass has sold. I doubt the family will ever sell any of his equipment.

It's a recent import Hofner that's been autographed. It's not a personally owned bass. It looks like a Hofner Icon that has simply had its pickguard signed. You can check Julien's Auctions website for info.
