Who needs reality TV shows - when there are real life celebrities !!

The only story that I'm behind is the one about the Happy Days actors vs. CBS. They should be paid royalties and for the use of their likenesses on merchandise and so forth. According to their contracts, they were to receive 5% of net proceeds of merchandise and 2.5% if their images were used in a group. I'd say that CBS is going to have a hard time refuting that fact.
