I'm sure this has been covered here but I can't find it, so please pardon me for asking: Which is the right model of end-mount tailpieces for a 360? I don't want a B5.

The B3 and B7 hinged Bigsby tail-pieces are designed for 335esque guitars, which are around 1 7/8" deep. The hinged "tail" that screws on to the butt of the guitar is around 1 3/8 " from the base of the face plate. Compare this to the 1" from the end of the ramp of a 360 to the back of the guitar. There's 3/8" of an inch of overhang to deal with. Then there's the question of the length of these tail-pieces and the break angle.... I'm concerned that the B3 may not provide enough angle whilst the break angle on the B7 will be precipitous, which isn't great for the vibrato mechanics....

The Accent is pretty similar and you don't need to drill holes :D

I never played one before, but I personally prefer the look of the Kauffman.

I think the Kaufmann is just to look at. And it's not that I don't like the Accent, but I really love a Bigsby. I'll probably get a B3 or B7 and reshape the hinged tab. I was hoping to hear from someone who had someone who had made one fit. I prefer the B3 because no new holes are needed on the face of the guitar. I like the old ones that have the oval cutout design. 8)

Thanks anyway for the comments so far. :)

And honestly, if you have a six-string and the threads are tight for the strap button, you don't need a Winfield type bracket or any screws at all. The strap button holds on just fine.
