I've got a great looking Rickenbacker 360/12 standard made in November 2009, sort of like the one described in this prior post:

It had horrible action out of the box. I took it to a 'respected' luthier in here in eastern Tennessee. While the action improved somewhat, it is still not right AND he left a series of dings on the back of the only instrument I ever bought new.
Any trusted referrals in the Knoxville / Nashville / Asheville / Chattanooga area? Thanks in advance!
