I just bought one this afternoon, from 1962, it sounds incredible, with guitar and bass! :D Mine is the rare version with the 6G12-A tremolo circuit that produces some true vibrato along with the tremolo, too cool!!! 8) 8) 8)

Nice score! A friend of mine has a brown Pro (6G5) from that era. Those tremolos are something special.

A couple of quick photos I did this evening; look past the dust, I have not cleaned the amp up yet after it having sat in a store for a few years. I am having too much fun playing through it! :D

I'd like to but probably not. I do plan on using this for bass, though; I want to get a matching headcase made to put the chassis in to use with my bass cabs.

I am trying to find out the history of this amp; I found a service tag from a guy in Buffalo. I have a message in to him so I can see if he remembers (hopefully, he keeps a service record of his work) the amp and what he did with it.

Yep, this vibramolo is really wild in how it handle harmonics, I only with it could go slower, probably a very simple circuit change to enable that to happen, to adjust the range of the oscillator behavior.

Nice score on the amp, Jeff !! :D
Are those Mojo brand speakers replacements or originals ? Are they 10s or 12s ?

Oh, yes. Brings to mind my 1-15" '62 Pro. Fabulous amps!

I've been a Concert 4X10" enthusiast since I heard my first one back in '64...Yours is the best configuration ever, JS. Congrats!

The 10" MojoTone MP10-Rs are replacements, that apparently have been long discontinued; I think they were only made in the '90s, so they are close to being vintage, themselves. 8) They are probably more reliable than having and using the original Jensen P10-Rs in the amp and, they sound great, too.

From what I gather many of these amps were pretty similar with just minor changes in the power amp section and the speaker complement. I bet a Pro would sound even better than this for bass, although this amp is no slouch.

I absolutely love the "Vibremolo®" :D . It is such an interesting variation on the tremolo in my Princeton Reverb Amp, given it's F.M. along with the A.M., so to speak.
