Lefty 325V59 !

Post by jul.brown90 »

Hello everyone !

I'm new to this forum ! This forum is really great, I've been looking at a lot of topics about the Rickenbacker 325, which pretty much is my dream guitar.

I'm dropping a few lines here to tell you that it's been now 3 years that I've been looking for a lefty Rickenbacker 325V59 but had no chance :( .

Lefties are hard to find even in the USA. But keep looking, they do show up from time to time.

Aah, Luxembourg! Very nice, but not many choices locally for Ricks, I believe. Your best bet will be online.

I'm from San Francisco. :)

Welcome, Julien!

You will need patience in locating any left-handed Rickenbacker, but as Glen said, they do show up every now and then.

There are also some crazy right-handed players who have a left-handed guitar ...

I probably saved these pics from an old eBay auction. Long gone I'm afraid Julien.

The 310 is the rarest of all the short scale 3 series, but a lefty is just amazing! What's the bet it's almost one of a kind.....

Is that your guitar Gary? I see the strings are wound onto the tuners left-handed too lol

Yes, that one is mine ... I have replaced the 'Tunamatic' bridge with a current-era Rickenbacker bridge.
