Cheesy home state promotional commercial, but the one redeeming moment is the Ric bass sighting at 0:34.... I discovered this little gem while watching a Twins ball game on TV this evening.

Being in the neighboring state, we also get that commercial - but the 30-second version, and the part with the band isn't in it. Good find!
