There are aftermarket piezo systems for Fenders and Gibsons. Is there any way of putting a Piezo in a 330?

It doesn't look like there are any easy aftermarket piezo bridge solutions. The 380L had a piezo option but that factory-installed bridge was customized according to John Hall, and I think the pickups are recessed into the body to accommodate the bridge height.

An enterprising forum member, Dom, installed a $2 Radio Shack piezo on his 370 - check out this thread:

He reports surprisingly good results.

You can also search on "piezo" in the search box on this page

There is a thread in the Vibrola section of a member installing a Tune-o-matic bridge on a Rick that did not alter the guitar, just the baseplate. You could do this and have a reversable mod. It is easy to find Tune-o-matic bridges and saddles with a piezo option.
