Hi guys.
I purchased a bunch of effects and I would appreciate suggestions on putting them in the right order.
The pedalboard should suite both my guitars and basses.

What I have is:
1. Janglebox JB2
2. Early 80s Big Muff (V6, 3003 circuit)
3. Original Sansamp (with dip-switches and without the classic label)
4. Grey DOD 250 (LM741 chip)
5, DOD FX72 bass flanger
6. Korg DT10 tuner.
7. Vox Wah Wah

I know it will require some experimenting but I would like to at least start with a suggested chain and go from there...

Gil: A suggested order that has been helpful for me. My favourite pedal configuration consists of guitar and amp.

1. Tuner
2. Filters (Wah and Phaser)
3. Compression
4. Distortion
5. EQs
6. Pitch Shifting
7. Modulation (Chorus, Flangers)
8. Volume
9. Delay
10. Reverb

Peter, that's almost the order I use with my boxes, except I put the delay (echo) before the chorus. Maybe I should try it your way.

I use a similar order with a couple of differences:

1. Tuner
2. Volume
3. Wah
4. Compression
5. Distortion
6. To Amp (instrument input)
7. Loop out to channel A/B switch (my amp has individual loop outs for each channel and one return to the power section)
8. Modulation multi effect (Line 6 M5) - all mod effects, phasing, filters.
9. Delay
10. Reverb
11. Clean boost.
12. Return to amp power section.

I like the volume pedal up front so I can cut volume but still have the decay from delay and 'verb continue, and I can clean up the OD/distortion with the pedal as well. While I do use the volume on the guitar for my master volume equipped instruments, the pedal works well for me with Rics and other multi-volume equipped guitars. I fumble around less.
