Hi gang. I've posted on BeatGear Cavern, and thought I'd post here too... got a MIK Casino cheap. Gonna slap a B7 on it a la George's. Anyone got a real nice pic (hopefully posted here) of George's Bigsby? I searched and couldn't find a good shot of it. I found one on BGC of Paul's Selmer Bigsby!

There's also this book:

Has some great shots of all the gear used on that tour. Including several shots of guitars NOT being played. Check your local Barnes and Noble if you're interested.

Thanks Jake. I'm thinking maybe the first and last pics you posted are Paul's, since they have the unpainted Bigsby with the larger Selmer letters. The 2nd and 3rd look like Geo's.

George might've replaced his Bigsby, too. Because Paul's Casino has black knobs and a more squarish, Gibson-style headstock.

Anyway, don't overlook that book, either. Granted, I don't have one, but it didn't stop me from looking through it for a while.

No, I think the photos are just washed out. You can easily tell which is George's - it has the typical looooong Epi headstock. Plus Paul's would be strung lefty.

Guitar sounds amazing and stays as is!

In 14 years I never realized how much the vibrato was killing the spruce tone!

They arent Paul's. Paul's casino had a different headstock, and he never stripped the finish on his.

Big egg on my face.... apparently Casinos never had spruce. I have been running around misinformed, and misinforming others, for 15 years. I apologize. x1000
