4001 or 4000 SPC? 1961 bass got me confused!

I found this one mentioned on HA.com; they call it a 4001. Shouldn't a 4001 have 4 knobs? Might this be a 4000 SPC with Deluxe features, plus an extra pick-up?

There was a discussion when this first showed up that this bass may have had the neck pickup added, IIRC.

oh man! that bass makes me giddy....so is the neck with the fwi's also unbound like the body? SCHWING!!!

No, both are bound, body with checkered binding, even...
