Are you a mod or a rocker? A "mocker"? What's your main guitar?

You could trade the Tenny for one of these, and do all the above the 14th fret stuff. . .whojamfan wrote:Oh, there's more![]()
My main guitar at the moment is my heavily yellowed white Les Paul Custom. I was tryting to make my Gretsch 6119 Chet Atkins Tennessee Rose my main guitar, but since the band has opted to play a healthy portion of our backlog, I really need my 14th and above frets to play them.
I hope to have additional playing situations soon to utilize my Gretsch and Rickenbacker guitars more
Actually, I think you're still skinny enough to pull off the look.jimk wrote:When I was a lad, I really liked the fashions of the Mods. Now at age mumblemumblemumble I think I would look a little silly dressed that way. Still, when playing out, I do my best to look sharp in a style appropriate to my age. My guitar of choice of course is a Rick 360/12 string. I'm trying real hard to fall in love with a telecaster copy. But as I told the Exec. Director at the Academy, it ain't really happening, and that I'd sell it tomorrow with no regrets if the offer was good. (And provided I had a 330 to replace it with!)

When I was in highschool, I wore leather jackets ripped pants, and dirty New York Dolls t-shirts. Now that I have to get a job, go to college, and hopefully become an awesome accountant, the suits, ties, and boots style fits me much better. Not to say that I don't still wear the jacket around every once in a while, but button-up Ben Sherman shirts are a lot more "practical" for me now then anything in my old "rocker" wardrobe.jimk wrote:When I was a lad, I really liked the fashions of the Mods.
