My 4008 shrunk !

At least that's what it feels like. I feel like Godzilla trying to play this thing. I may just use it as a pick on the others.
And to answer the obvious question. No, I have no idea of why I bought this or why it was so appealing. I think I just need a little challenge after 38 years of bass playing. I've been having a lot of fun strangling tunes out of it for sure.

Have you tried an octave divider pedal with it yet to get it back down to a normal range?
i think the EH POG II should do wonders for it.

These are still worth about 1,500 bucks
because there are so few of them out there...

My serial number puts it at a D.O.M. of December 2009.

I put it through a Vox with some preset modeling patches. When it was set to classic AC30 it sounded almost exactly like Brian May's Red Special.....

I have a poor man's 5002. I capo my Rickenbacker 12 string at the 12th fret. The results are quite astonishing.
