Robin Zander - The welcome return of his Ric

After several CT guitars were damaged after the Ottowa stage collapse, it's nice to see RZ
has got his baby back. Tom's 'Peacock' inlaid bass was out of action for some time too.
Rick Nielsen has had some trademark guitars near demolished and many are still in for repair.

Love CT. Saw Robin play that guitar live in 1978. Kinda crazy that Rick travels with all of those vintage pieces if you ask me...

Yeppers! Me too. I believe it was 1/4/78 in Tucson. Front row. I still have a couple of pics from the show. Excellent concert!! It doesn't seem like thirty four years ago (I guess that will be TOMORROW! LOL!)

Debunked by Robin. There's a video clip, I'll see if I can find it.

If it's the clip I'm thinking of, he actually says he likes the Johnny Ramone myth better.

Yes his Rickenbacker is a 1959 model 450. I wonder how much it's worth?
